@ 工作【zuò】原理 / Working principle

管网的【de】进口压力经前置指【zhǐ】挥器 稳压【yā】后进【jìn】入【rù】控【kòng】制【zhì】指挥器， 控制指挥 器调压，输出 P3 进入阀后腔，推动 膜片 ，克服弹簧【huáng】作【zuò】用【yòng】力， 使阀口打【dǎ】 开，实现减压和稳定的流量输出。
当下游用气量减小时【shí】，调压【yā】阀  后的压力 P2 升高，P2 反馈【kuì】给【gěi】控制  指挥器，使控制指挥器失【shī】去【qù】平衡，其  输出【chū】压力 P3 减小，调压阀【fá】内也打  破了平衡， 膜片在弹簧和 P2 的作  用下【xià】，使阀口开【kāi】度变小【xiǎo】，甚至【zhì】关闭， 使调压阀的出 口【kǒu】压力降回到设【shè】定  压【yā】力值【zhí】。
当下游用气量增加时 P2 降低， 其各部分的动作相反。

The  inlet  pressure  of  the  pipe  network  after  pre-pilot  regu-lator  into  the   control  and

When   the   downstream   gas   consumption   is   reduced,   the pressure after the regulator increased P2, P2 feedback to the control command, the command  and  control  loss  of  balance, reduce the output  pressure  P3,  the  regulator  also  tipped  the balance  in  the   diaphragm  under  the  action  of  the  springs and  P2,  so  that  the  valve  opening   degree  becomes  small, and even shut down, so that the outlet  pressure of the regu-lator valve to drop back to the set pressure value.

P2  reduced  when  the  downstream   gas  consumption   is  in-creased,  contrary  to the  operation of  each  part.
